Thank you for visiting the University of Richmond School of Law Alternate Dispute Resolution Society homepage.

The Alternate Dispute Resolution Society (ADRS) is a student run organization at the University of Richmond School of Law that seeks to build relationships between students, professors, and practitioners in the increasingly popular disciplines of mediation, arbitration, and collaborative law. ADRS' intra-scholastic competitions promote the development of arbitration and mediation skills for law students by providing a forum for developing skills in those fields and connecting them with practicing legal professionals. ADRS also hosts annual CLEs to introduce the community to the growing importance of alternatives to traditional litigation

Members of the Board are selected based on their performance in our internal competition sponsored by the Board each spring. Board members contribute to the law school by organizing and administrating this competition each year. Furthermore, members of the Board represent the law school at regional competitions.
